Terms of service

About us. This website is operated by Imara, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@drinkimara.co.uk.

Orders. When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly, in which case we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT. Payment is taken when you place your order or, for subscriptions, on each renewal date.

Delivery. We deliver within the UK only. Delivery is free and usually arrives within 2–3 days. See our Shipping policy for details.

Refunds and returns. As Imara is a food product, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a pouch has been opened. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to make it right. See our Refund policy.

Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account before your next renewal date. See our Subscription cancellation policy.

Product information. Imara is a food product made from 100% roasted mesquite pods. The information on our website is for general information only and is not medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or have allergies, please speak to a healthcare professional before changing your diet. Please read the allergen information on the pack before use.

Liability. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your order will apply.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
